Acting for the climate means first identifying and then reducing the greenhouse gases that we emit.
It also means offsetting our carbon footprint to act on the portion of greenhouse gas emissions that we cannot or do not yet know how to reduce.
Since 2020, we have been committed to offsetting part of the carbon footprint linked to our activity with local and international associations.
By 2026, we will be able to calculate our greenhouse gas emissions each year across our entire business.
To develop quality professional outfits, we are convinced of the importance of continually training our teams. Concerned about the professional development and fulfillment of our employees, we evaluate their skills each year to define training needs.
Our product managers regularly participate in eco-design training to maintain their skill level.

At Kami, we believe that commitment to CSR involves actions outside of our core business.
As the head office is not easily accessible by public transport, the majority of our employees travel by car.
To encourage the adoption of electric cars, charging stations are available free of charge. This initiative also makes it possible to reduce the carbon footprint of employees' home-work journeys.
