Industrialization

Development and industrialization of your designs in view of the production. Creation of a specification file to be followed throughout the product development process.

Fabric sourcing and quality control

Sourcing and buying of fabrics according to your expectations. Quality control operated by a textile engineer in France and a textile technician in Italy.  The fabrics imported from Italy are checked on spot by our technician before being shipped.

Logistic department

14000m2 warehouse available to stock and prepare fabrics and trims, as well as finished products that transit through our warehouse for an ultimate quality control before delivery. Transport management for fabrics and trims to the various factories, and finished products returns.

Production

Full range of suppliers (in terms of know-how) in various countries:  Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Portugal, Italy, China, Turkey and Madagascar.

Work on following types of products: Warp and weft (tailored, dressmaking, sportswear and denim), knitted fabrics (jumpers), jersey (cut and sewn), and leather.

 Quality controls on production site by French technicians throughout the production process to guarantee a result conform to your requirements chart and quality expectations.

Collection development

Development of designs, paper patterns and first prototype. Making of salesman samples in France or abroad. A workshop in Paris with 4 model makers, 4 pattern makers, and 2 prototype makers, is at your disposal.
